Terms of Service

By accessing or using Cubbie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Cubbie is designed for mothers and families in the Mosman area. To use the app, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Accounts must be created with accurate information.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Cubbie is a friendly, supportive space. When using the app, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or discriminate against other members
• Share misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Use Cubbie for spam, solicitation, or commercial advertising
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting on Cubbie, you give us a limited licence to use that content to operate and improve the service. All other branding, designs, and software are owned by Cubbie.

You can stop using Cubbie at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we need to protect the community.

Cubbie is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for any real-world meetups arranged through the app.

To the extent permitted by law, Cubbie’s liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Since Cubbie is currently free to join, this may be zero.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Cubbie after changes means you accept the revised terms.
